It is, but only under the lifetime subscription.

This appears to be what language? I thought Dutch?
Nadat deze kaart + Mapsource en de keygen zijn geinstalleerd horen ze
meteen te werken.

Is the program in english or is it all in the above language? Just
curious? I can do some German and English (grin) But no use in d/l
if you can't read or understand it.
